Shipping & Returns

Orders are locked at prevailing market prices at the time of confirmation. Payment is generally due within the timeframe stated on your order confirmation. Orders unfunded within the agreed window may be subject to a market-loss adjustment and cancellation fees.

Physical orders are shipped through fully insured, discreetly packaged carriers. Signature is required upon delivery. Insurance coverage remains in effect until the shipment is signed for at the address of record. Estimated ship dates are provided after payment clears; actual delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

For Precious Metals IRA orders, metals ship directly from ICBR or its supplier to your approved depository. Timing is coordinated between ICBR, your IRA custodian, and the depository, and additional steps may apply.

Because precious metals prices move continuously, orders cannot generally be canceled after confirmation. If a cancellation is permitted, a market-loss fee and administrative fee may apply. Cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of order.

Any return requests must be initiated in writing within the window disclosed on your order confirmation and are subject to inspection, restocking fees, and market-loss adjustments. Products that have been opened, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for return.

ICBR generally offers a buyback service for metals purchased through us. Buyback prices are quoted at the time of sale based on prevailing market conditions and product type; ICBR does not guarantee any specific future buyback price.

If a shipment arrives damaged or is missing items, do not accept the package as-is if possible and contact ICBR immediately so we can coordinate a claim with the carrier and insurer.
